Our approach

How Cloudpilar delivers: a four-stage method — discover, design, build, operate — with evaluation, rollback plans and governance built in.

How we work

Discover. Design. Build. Operate.

A four-stage method for visible progress, measurable outcomes and clean handover.

01DiscoverValue · Data · Risk02DesignArchitecture · Security03BuildShip · Test · Measure04OperateMonitor · Improve · Handover 01DiscoverValue · Data · Risk02DesignArchitecture · Security03BuildShip · Test · Measure04OperateMonitor · Improve · Handover

We deliver in four stages. The method is deliberately unremarkable — the value is in doing it consistently rather than in any single clever idea.

1. Discover

Two weeks. We map where the value is, audit the data you would need, write the risk register, and produce a costed plan you can take to your board. If discovery concludes that the project should not happen, that is a successful discovery.

2. Design

Architecture, security posture and evaluation strategy. Nothing gets built until the failure modes are named and someone has agreed what “good enough” means numerically.

3. Build

Fortnightly increments, each with metrics, tests and a rollback plan. You see working software every two weeks, not a status report.

4. Operate

We run it, monitor it and evolve it — or we hand it to your team with a runbook that reads like prose. Both are fine. What is not fine is walking away from something nobody can maintain.

What you always get

  • An evaluation harness that runs on every change
  • A human-in-the-loop plan with a threshold you control
  • An incident playbook and a written risk register
  • Code and documentation you own outright

A 30-minute discovery call, no charge and no pitch deck. You will leave with a straight answer on feasibility, rough cost and the first sensible step.
